P3 UNSDG Workshop - Earth

The Sustainable Development Goals, also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 as a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all by 2030.

The SDGs consist of 17 goals, each with specific targets and indicators. These goals cover a wide range of issues, including poverty, hunger, health, education, gender equality, clean water, sanitation, affordable and clean energy, decent work and economic growth, industry, innovation, and infrastructure, among others. The goals related to environmental protection, such as Goal 13 (Climate Action) and Goal 14 (Life Below Water), and Goal 15 (Life on Land), directly focus on safeguarding the Earth’s ecosystems and promoting sustainable environmental practices.

doyourbit.xyz has specifically curated themes for educators to encourage the youth to analyze various challenges, ideate, plan and finally execute solutions that can help the community with a larger global vision in mind.
